I have a question about legal wills in NH, please help!?
My husband and I would like to have a legal document stating who will be the legal guardian of our children should we both pass away. From what I gather, we need to draw up a will stating this information. I was wondering does this need to be done by a lawyer in order for it to be legal? Can I type something up stating the guardians and have it notarized and still be legal? We live in the state of NH. I’m trying to dig around on the internet to find this information and am having a hard time with it. We’re trying to do this as least inexpensive as possible. Thanks in advance for your help!
